The contest ends Wednesday, February 12^th. Winners will be announced on Valentine’s Day (February 14th) and will receive a framed star certificate, personalized star chart, and ASTROGLIDE prize pack. So keep those DMs open! And remember to put some ASTRO in your GLIDE.

ASTROGLIDE When Stars Align Social Media Contest Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: ASTROGLIDE of BioFilm, Inc. whose registered office is at 3225 Executive Ridge, Vista, CA 92081
2. When Stars Align Contest Entry Period: This promotion begins on February 1, 2020, and ends on February 12, 2020, at 11:59 pm PST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
3. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter When Stars Align Contest by taking the following steps:

Terms & Conditions

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all When Stars Align Contest requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified at ASTROGLIDE’s sole discretion.

4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified on the social channel they entered via direct message from ASTROGLIDE. For each friend tagged in the comments section of the contest posts you will receive one entry into the contest. The When Stars Align Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to ASTROGLIDE and not to any other party. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have a public social media account as of the beginning of the giveaway period. Employees of ASTROGLIDE and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

6. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. 

7. Prizes: Fourteen (14) winners will receive a certificate verifying the purchase of their very own star, purchased through Star Registration, as well as an ASTROGLIDE Prize Pack via mail.

8. Selection and Notification of Winners: All entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the selection process and chosen by a randomizer app. The fourteen (14) winners will be selected by ASTROGLIDE in its sole discretion. Winners will be randomly selected and notified through direct message on the social media platform they entered the contest on (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) on February 14, 2020. Posts will also go live on ASTROGLIDE’s social media channels signaling when winners have been notified. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes cannot be won by minors. ASTROGLIDE will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. ASTROGLIDE will incur all delivery costs related to the delivery of the prize.

9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the When Stars Align Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the When Stars Align Contest. ASTROGLIDE, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the When Stars Align Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by ASTROGLIDE in its sole discretion.
