Five runner-up winners will also receive an ASTROGLIDE and Afterglow product prize pack.

ASTROGLIDE Love From Home Valentine’s Day Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. The promoter is: BioFilm, Inc.’s ASTROGLIDE brand whose registered office is at 3225 Executive Ridge, Vista, CA 92081

2. Love From Home Contest Entry Period: This promotion begins on February 1, 2021, and ends on February 5, 2021, at 11:59 pm PST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

3. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter the Love From Home Contest by taking the following steps:

a. Follow all three of the following brands on Instagram:

• ASTROGLIDE (@astroglideofficial)
• Afterglow (@xoafterglow)
• Date Box Club (@dateboxclub)

i. Tag a friend  on ASTROGLIDE’s contest posts on Instagram

ii. Use the contest hashtag #LoveFromHome

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Love From Home Contest requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified at BioFilm’s sole discretion.

4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the ASTROGLIDE handle. For each friend tagged in the comments section of the contest posts, participants will receive one entry into the contest. The Love From Home Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Participants are providing information to BioFilm, Inc.’s ASTROGLIDE brand and not to any other party. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have a public social media account as of the beginning of the giveaway period. Employees of BioFilm, Inc. and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members, and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

6. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

7. Prizes: Five (5) grand prize winners will receive an ASTROGLIDE product prize pack, Afterglow product prize pack, Date Box Club gift box and a $200 Visa or MasterCard gift card to enjoy an intimate dinner with drinks at home. Five (5) additional runner-up winners will receive an ASTROGLIDE and Afterglow product prize pack.

8. Selection and Notification of Winners: All entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the selection process and chosen by a randomizer app. The five (5) grand prize winners and five (5) runner-up winners will be selected by Biofilm, Inc’s ASTROGLIDE brand in its sole discretion. Winners will be randomly selected and notified through direct message on Instagram on February 8, 2021. Posts will also go live on ASTROGLIDE’s social media channels signaling when winners have been notified. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes cannot be won by minors. BioFilm, Inc. will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. BioFilm, Inc. will incur all delivery costs related to delivery of the prize.

9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, BioFilm, Inc.’s ASTROGLIDE brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Love From Home Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond BioFilm’s control, impact the Love From Home Contest. In the event of any of the above issues, BioFilm Inc. may determine the winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the intervention. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Love From Home Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by BioFilm, Inc. in its sole discretion.
